Founded on the belief that family is one of our community’s strongest pillars,
the UACDC’s +SPiN which stands for Positive Support for Parents in
Neighborhoods is a neighborhood partnership program that promotes the well
being for children that is focused on the ideals of community child protection
and family self-sufficiency. +SPiN provides services, information, and
referrals for counseling,  childcare
and safety, employment assistance, family problem-solving skills, mentoring and
tutoring, parenting skills, school advocacy and substance abuse prevention.
UACDC’s +SPiN enjoyed a 93 percent success rate last year alone.
